pak368 is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals and may conduct verification at other points during your account's lifecycle at our discretion. pak368 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank IBFT transfers, Raast instant payments, and 1LINK network transfers. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. pak368 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak368 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pak368 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
pak368's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. pak368 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
